Independent Hair Salon Policies
Our Independent hair salon’s stylists invest considerable time and money to seek out the latest education and training that our industry has to offer.
Here at Iconic Salon our patron’s safety is our primary concern. We take pride in creating a safe environment for everyone who comes to our salon. We ask that in order to maintain a safe space, our patrons must have the ability to safely get in and out of all our salon chairs, without assistance, and have the mobility to lay back in our wash chairs. This is for your safety and ours, so no injuries happen. If you do NOT meet this type of mobility, we are not able to safely serve you. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Charge Policy
To ensure we give the best experience possible, we kindly ask you to show up on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to offer you an abbreviated service in order to stay on schedule. Or reschedule your services as a courtesy to our guests booking after you, with a $25.00 late fee.
We depend on you to respect our stylists schedules. We therefore require a minimum of 24 hours notice. This will avoid our cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service.
No Show Policy
Please be advised that our independent hair salon has a no show policy. Whereby any no shows will be charged a fee of 50% of service missed. If you book another appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of service booked. Deposit will be required at time of booking. If you no show a maximum of 3 times, you won’t be booked again with our salon.
If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
Customer information in our files is used to improve your sevice. To send important messages as well as marketing communications. *We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.
Products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase date with receipt and be un-opened.
First Time Clients
Due to stringent booking guidelines. All first time clients require a credit card to book. The credit card is charged 50% of service booked following our policy for cancellation and no shows. Which are any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment or if a no show. Credit cards are removed from profile once service is completed.
Consultation must be booked prior to color correction appointment. This allows time for the stylist to plan for the results.

The fee for consultations is $40.00 + gst, this is put towards the actual service
Start at $100+ an hour
Non-refundable deposit is required
24 hours must be given to cancel or reschedule, failure to do so will result in loss od deposit.
Monday - Friday: 9 - 5pm
Saturday: 9 - 4pm
*Weddings accommodated with custom hours available*
